Started with very steep trail away...which went for most of the day! It was an extremely difficult hike. Very hot and sunny... plus a very technical trail. Beautiful views. When we turned one of the last corners, the tears were streaming down my face at the sight of the beautiful Mount Kilimanjaro! Seeing the mountain for the first time... priceless! It's interesting how you can see the next camp... which looks like it could be about 15 minute walk... turns out to take at least an hour to get to!
The hard day was well worth it!
Lunch was spaghetti.
Dinner was chicken and rice.
The evening is very cold. Hope to sleep tonight! Not sure how much longer I can go without any sleep!
